Delivery Rules (Shipping Policy)

At Fridgevera, we are committed to providing clear, transparent, and reliable delivery services for all our customers across Spain, the European Union, and eligible international destinations.
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with applicable European Union and Spanish consumer protection laws, particularly:
• Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
• Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 — Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios
1. Payment Verification and Order Processing
All orders are subject to payment verification before processing.
Please note:
• Orders are not processed immediately upon placement.
• We start preparing the order only after payment confirmation has been received and credited to our bank account.
• This process typically requires 1–3 business days depending on the payment method and banking network.
This step ensures transaction security, fraud prevention, and compliance with EU consumer law.
2. Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday during standard working hours, excluding Spanish public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A confirmation email with your invoice
• A tracking number with a direct link to the courier’s tracking page
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from order placement or payment confirmation.
Destination — Estimated Delivery Time:
• Spain (domestic): 3–7 business days
• European Union (EU): 10–14 business days
• Other eligible countries: Up to 30 business days
Possible delays may occur due to:
• Customs checks
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery data
• Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions)
• Seasonal peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas
4. Shipping Restrictions
In compliance with EU trade regulations, we do not ship to:
• Countries subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions
• Locations where refrigeration appliance imports are prohibited

5. Handling and Delivery Conditions
• All refrigerators are securely packaged to minimize transport damage.
• Upon delivery, customers must inspect the appliance before signing the courier’s confirmation.
• Any visible damage must be reported both to the courier and to Fridgevera within 24 hours of receipt.
• Delivery includes curbside or building entrance drop-off unless otherwise specified.
• Installation or unboxing services are not included unless purchased separately.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
Delivery times may be affected by:
• Customs clearance delays for non-EU destinations
• Global supply chain disruptions
• Local delivery restrictions
We will notify customers of significant delays and coordinate with logistics partners to reduce impact.
